This is a great residential neighborhood located in Tampa (unincorporated) in northwest Hillsborough County, zipcode 33615.

The homes are all on sites that range in size from .5 (one half) acre to 1+ (one or more) acres.  The boundaries of the subdivision do not complete an exact rectangle, but basically they are as follows:
 
                                                Waters Ave on the north
                                                Flowerfield on the west
                       Crenshaw on the south...with Barry Rd extending to Hanley Rd
                                                Beasley on the east.

Residents love to live here as there are no high fees, just a voluntary $35.00 per year civic association; the yards are bigger and there is room for your boat, rv or extra vehicles.  You can build an extra shop, garage, play house, etc.  (following the County zoning and building codes & you don't have to worry about an architectural committee approval.)  You will see plenty of the residents walking, jogging within the neighborhood or heading for the Town 'n Country Greenway just to the south of the subdivision.  The neighborhood is close to the wonderful new Town 'n Country Regional Library and Senior Center. The new Hartline Flex bus service provides inexpensive transportation within the core of Town n Country, in addition to regular bus service.

There are 11 different streets and 295 homes...3 new homes were added in the last couple of years.
