Weekend Update:

The market continues to improve, prices are rising.  Buyers are buying, not just looking!  We need more sellers.  The good listings are moving within a few days in many neighborhoods and we're getting multiple offers as well.  Interest rates are still low, so affordability is high. Conservative appraisals are impacting some of the contracts so many buyers are paying higher than appraised price to get the homes they want.  We are hearing that interest rates will be rising shortly too. 
 
 
 May now...so much to do here. We have been experiencing a nice warm winter. It's beautiful and sunny in the Tampa area!!  What a great place to live all year long, fish, golf, bike, play tennis, swim, go boating, scuba diving, hiking.....it's all out here. You can catch a Rays, Lightning or Bucs game; see the Yankees at Steinbrenner Field, see great shows and concerts at one of many venues, art museums, MOSI and the brand new Glazier Children's Museum in downtown Tampa! (Just to name a few things!)
